Mi Cloud backup problem- wifi not connected / turn wifi on / can't sync error in mi cloud backup

As many of us have been facing the problem about backup to mi cloud. You can see in the images, in some cases it saying wifi not connected / turn wifi on / can't sync error.

           

   

This problem is may be due to the wifi connection you are using. To overcome this problem, you can follow the steps below:

• First check your wifi connection. Make sure that you are connected to the internet.

•  If it doesnot work, then reset your router and try it again.
  

• If you are using a mobile hotspot then make sure that you have unchecked the Mobile hotspots option in the network details.
